You can search using our homepage search bar. Select a category (Property For Sale, Property To Let, Construction Professionals, Construction Workers, or Merchants/Traders), choose a subcategory, select your preferred location (State and Area), and click search. You can also browse by categories directly.

Once you find a listing you're interested in, you can view their contact details on their profile page. You can send them a message through our platform or contact them directly using the phone number or email provided in their listing.

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your contact details are only shared when you choose to make them public in your listings. You can control your privacy settings in your account dashboard.

After logging into your account, go to your dashboard and click "Add Listing". Fill in all the property details including title, type, category, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, location, price, and description. You can then upload multiple images of your property. Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed and published.

You'll need to provide: property title, type (house, apartment, land, etc.), category (for sale or to let), number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking spaces, furnished status, amenities, state and local government area, full address, price, and payment type (per month/year for rentals). High-quality photos are also recommended.

Yes, you can edit or delete your listings at any time from your dashboard. Go to "My Listings" to view all your properties. You can edit details, manage images, update pricing, or remove listings that are no longer available.

Basic property listings are free. However, we offer premium options to increase visibility: Featured Listings (highlighted in search results), Premium Listings (top placement), and Property Boosts (temporary promotion). These premium features help your property get more views and inquiries.

All inquiries and messages from potential buyers or tenants will appear in your dashboard under "Messages". You can respond directly through the platform, view inquiry details, and manage conversations. You'll receive email notifications for new messages.

If you receive any suspicious or fraudulent inquiries, please report them immediately through our contact form or by flagging the message in your dashboard. We take security seriously and will investigate any reported issues. Never share sensitive financial information through the platform.

After registration, go to your dashboard and click "My Profile". Fill in your professional details including your specialization (architect, engineer, surveyor, etc.), years of experience, qualifications, portfolio, and contact information. A complete profile helps potential clients find and trust your services.

We welcome all construction professionals including architects, civil engineers, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, town planners, landscape architects, interior designers, and other related professionals. Each professional category has its own section for better organization.

Clients can search for professionals by category and location. Your profile will appear in search results based on your specialization and location. Clients can view your profile, portfolio, reviews, and contact you directly through the platform or using your provided contact details.

Yes! You can upload images and descriptions of your previous projects in your profile. This portfolio helps potential clients see your work quality and style. You can add multiple projects with before/after photos, project descriptions, and completion dates.

While we don't currently offer skill verification, we encourage you to list your certifications, training, and years of experience in your profile. Client reviews also serve as verification of your work quality. We're working on adding official skill verification features.
